📦 Polisi Pemulangan & Pengembalian Wang Movalt
📌 Kenyataan Am
Semua pembelian melalui laman web rasmi Movalt tertakluk kepada polisi ini. Dengan membuat pembelian, pelanggan dianggap telah membaca dan bersetuju dengan semua terma polisi.
✅ 1. Syarat Kelayakan Pemulangan / Pertukaran
- Hanya diterima jika produk masih dalam keadaan asal, belum dibuka, belum digunakan, dan lengkap dengan pembungkusan asal, label & aksesori.
- Permintaan mesti dibuat dalam tempoh 3 hari selepas barang diterima.
- Bukti penghantaran/serahan diperlukan (📸 tracking + gambar bungkusan semasa terima).
❌ 2. Kes Yang TIDAK Layak Dipulangkan
- Produk yang telah dibuka, digunakan, disembur pada badan, atau ada tanda penggunaan.
- Produk yang melepasi tempoh 3 hari dari tarikh terima.
- Produk dari promosi khas, flash sale, preorder atau set kombo (kecuali rosak semasa penerimaan).
🔒 3. Kes Kecurian Maklumat / Penipuan
- Jika pelanggan mendakwa maklumat digunakan tanpa izin, produk yang telah dibuka/ digunakan tetap tidak boleh dipulangkan.
- Movalt berhak meminta bukti tambahan (📸 gambar, 🎥 video, 🔢 nombor rujukan) sebelum proses tuntutan.
🚚 4. Kos Penghantaran Pulangan
- Kos penghantaran pulangan adalah tanggungjawab pembeli.
- Pengecualian hanya diberi jika barang rosak atau salah item.
- Jika pelanggan pilih pertukaran unit baharu, Movalt akan tanggung kos penghantaran gantian sahaja.
- Jika pelanggan pilih refund walaupun barang rosak, kos penghantaran pulang tetap ditanggung pembeli.
🔄 5. Proses Pertukaran & Refund
- Hubungi WhatsApp rasmi kami 📱 untuk semakan kelayakan.
- Sediakan nombor pesanan + gambar pembungkusan & produk.
- Jika layak, kami akan berikan alamat pemulangan (guna courier 📦 dengan tracking).
- Setelah produk diterima & disahkan:
- 🔁 Pertukaran unit: diproses dalam 3–5 hari bekerja.
- 💳 Refund: diproses dalam 5 hari bekerja ke kaedah pembayaran asal / kredit kedai.
⚠️ 6. Polisi Tambahan (Anti-Penyalahgunaan)
- ❌ Movalt tidak menerima pemulangan COD.
- Jika ada corak pemulangan mencurigakan (contoh: banyak akaun guna alamat sama untuk order COD + return), Movalt berhak:
- 🚫 Menolak permohonan pemulangan.
- 💰 Mengenakan caj restocking fee 20% daripada nilai produk (jika terpaksa diterima atas budi bicara).
- ⛔ Membekukan akaun/telefon/alamat untuk pesanan seterusnya.
- Semua refund hanya diproses selepas produk diterima & disahkan dalam keadaan asal.
ℹ️ 7. Perkara Penting Lain
- 🚫 Kos penghantaran asal tidak dipulangkan.
- ✔️ Movalt berhak menolak sebarang permintaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat polisi ini.
- Dengan meneruskan pembelian, pelanggan secara automatik bersetuju dengan polisi ini.

📦 Movalt Return & Refund Policy
📌 General Statement
All purchases made through Movalt’s official website are subject to this policy. By completing a purchase, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms stated below.
✅ 1. Eligible for Return / Exchange
- Only accepted if the product is in original condition, unopened, unused, and comes with complete packaging, labels & accessories.
- Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of delivery is required (📸 tracking + photo of package upon receipt).
❌ 2. Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, sprayed, applied, or show signs of use.
- Products requested after 3 days from the date received.
- Items purchased under special promotions, flash sales, pre-orders, or combo sets (unless damaged upon arrival).
🔒 3. Cases of Misuse / Fraud
- If a customer claims their information was misused, used/opened products cannot be returned under any circumstance.
- Movalt reserves the right to request additional proof (📸 photos, 🎥 videos, 🔢 reference numbers) before processing claims.
🚚 4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Exceptions only if the product is damaged or wrong item sent.
- If customer opts for replacement unit, Movalt will cover shipping of the replacement.
- If customer requests a refund even for a damaged item, return shipping remains the buyer’s responsibility.
🔄 5. Return & Refund Process
- Contact our official WhatsApp 📱 for eligibility check.
- Provide order number + photos of packaging & product.
- If eligible, we will provide return instructions (must use courier 📦 with tracking).
- Once product is received & verified:
- 🔁 Exchange: processed within 3–5 business days.
- 💳 Refund: processed within 5 business days to the original payment method / store credit (if agreed).
⚠️ 6. Additional Policy (Anti-Abuse)
- ❌ Movalt does not accept COD returns.
- In cases of suspicious patterns (e.g., multiple accounts using the same address for COD orders + returns), Movalt reserves the right to:
- 🚫 Reject the return request.
- 💰 Impose a restocking fee of 20% of product value (if accepted under goodwill).
- ⛔ Block the account/phone/address from future orders.
- All refunds are only processed after products are received & verified in original condition.
ℹ️ 7. Important Notes
- 🚫 Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- ✔️ Movalt reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet this policy.
