Polisi Pemulangan & Pengembalian Wang Movalt
Kami komited untuk memastikan setiap pelanggan berpuas hati dengan pembelian mereka. Namun, demi menjaga keadilan kepada semua pihak dan mengelakkan penyalahgunaan polisi, sila rujuk terma di bawah:
✅ Syarat Layak Pemulangan / Pertukaran
- Produk belum digunakan, belum dibuka, dan masih dalam pembungkusan asal lengkap.
- Permintaan hanya sah jika dibuat dalam masa 3 hari selepas barang diterima.
- Produk promosi, flash sale, dan set kombo tidak layak untuk pemulangan/refund kecuali jika rosak.
❌ Tidak Layak Dipulangkan Jika:
- Produk telah digunakan, dibuka atau dalam keadaan tidak sempurna.
- Melepasi 3 hari dari tarikh terima.
- Produk dibeli dalam promosi atau flash sale.
🚚 Polisi Kos Penghantaran Pulangan
- Kos penghantaran pemulangan adalah tanggungjawab pembeli sepenuhnya.
- Pengecualian hanya diberi jika barang rosak dan pembeli memilih untuk menggantikannya dengan unit baru — dalam kes ini, kos penghantaran akan ditanggung oleh pihak kami.
- Jika pembeli memilih untuk refund, walaupun produk rosak, kos penghantaran (pergi dan balik) tetap ditanggung oleh pembeli.
🔁 Proses Pertukaran & Refund
- Hubungi kami di WhatsApp 019-5567424 untuk semakan kelayakan.
- Jika layak, kami akan berikan arahan dan alamat pemulangan.
- Setelah kami terima dan semak produk:
- Tukar unit baru: Akan dihantar dalam 3–5 hari bekerja.
- Refund: Akan diproses dalam 5 hari bekerja ke kaedah pembayaran asal.
⚠️ Penting Untuk Diketahui
- Kami tidak menerima pemulangan secara COD (Cash on Delivery).
- Pastikan gunakan perkhidmatan courier yang ada tracking.
- Kami tidak memulangkan kos penghantaran asal.
- Semua refund hanya akan diproses selepas barang diterima dan disahkan.
- Kami berhak menolak sebarang permintaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat polisi ini.

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, complete packaging.
- Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Products purchased during promotions, flash sales, or as combo sets are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged.
❌ Non-eligible for Return If:
- Products have been opened, used, or are not in perfect condition.
- More than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt.
- Products were bought during promotional or significant discount events.
🚚 Return Shipping Policy
- All return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer.
- The only exception applies if the product is damaged and the customer opts for an exchange – in this case, we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the customer chooses a refund, even if the product is damaged, the shipping costs (both ways) remain the customer’s responsibility.
🔁 Exchange & Refund Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 019-5567424 for verification and return instructions.
- After the product is received and confirmed to be in original condition:
- Exchange: A new unit will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Refund: Will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
⚠️ Refunds will be based solely on the amount paid during the purchase, not the original product price before discounts.
Important Notes:
- We do not accept returns via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Please use a trackable courier service.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- All refunds are processed only after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these policy terms.
